Incentives, Rewards, Perks… How Does Your Organization Stack Up?
Much like the ever evolving environment within which our organizations operate; the needs and wants of employees have changed considerably within the past few years. If we, as employers, wish to stay afloat in an era marked by the ‘war on talent’, it is time for us to take a deep look in to what really makes our talent ‘tick’. The following infographic shows the lengths that some of the most prominent companies in the world are willing to go to in order to satisfy employees. I’m not saying that you have to do the same to ensure employee satisfaction; in fact, their approach may or may not work for you and your organization given any number of factors. What I am trying to get at, is how important it is for you to get to know your employees and their respective wants and needs in order to create incentive programs that genuinely speak to these.
