Based in the heart of the National Capital region, EPSI is currently looking for a Consultant, Talent Management, to support the organisation in its talent management consulting needs for its clients from different backgrounds.

This position can be performed remotely or from EPSI offices, when possible.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Plan, organize and design talent management projects and initiatives (i.e., assessment, engagement and, professional and organizational development), including the development of tools and supporting materials, and coordinate their deployment.
  • Provide advice, options, recommendations and strategies to clients on talent management solutions, and; manage a client portfolio assigned by an Executive Director.
  • Support Executive Directors and Senior Consultants in the management of their respective clients and conduct sales activities in relation to existing clients.
  • Participate in initial and follow-up meetings with clients to discuss their needs and develop talent management strategies to help them achieve their goals.
  • Support the preparation, deployment and monitoring of talent management activities under his/her responsibility, ensuring that it is aligned with other activities in the organization.
  • Actively participate in the delivery of operations associated with a client project.
  • Draft proposals and other informative documents and present our products and services to potential clients, both virtually and in person.
  • Work in collaboration with various internal and external partners and stakeholders (human resources, procurement services, IT, etc.).
  • Other related tasks.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL NEED:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, career counselling or other related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years experience in a similar position is required to be considered for this position.
  • Asset: Relevant professional accreditation/certification in human resources would be considered an asset (e.g., CHRP, CIRB, C.O., etc.).
  • Languages: Bilingualism in French and English (written and oral).
