About the Job Opportunity
EPSI is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our supplier team to fill the position of freelance proofreader.
The individual’s mandate will be to participate in the correction of written tests aimed at assessing competencies as part of selection processes.

What will your working weeks be like as a freelance proofreader for EPSI?
- Receive training from a certified talent assessment expert in order to be accredited for the correction of written tests.
- Perform services involving the correction of written tests assessing competencies as part of selection processes.
- More specifically, mark tests according to a detailed, standardized marking grid.
- Discuss and interact with other graders to validate corrections and reach a consensus.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of test material.
Do you have the profile we’re looking for?
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial relations, human resources or a related discipline.
- Possess a 2nd or 3rd cycle diploma in human resources or management would be an asset
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a management position will be considered an asset.
- Any combination of education and experience deemed relevant and equivalent may be considered.
- Bilingualism essential.

Operational requirements:
- Must be able to work approximately 10 to 20 hours per week to make corrections.
- Must have a personal computer with MS Word and an Internet connection.
Remuneration:
Correctors are remunerated for each correction they make. Remuneration is therefore piecework and varies according to the type of correction carried out. Due to the nature of this contract, EPSI cannot guarantee a minimum number of corrections per week.
