About the speaker

Sarah Linkletter’s expertise is in psychometric assessment within organizational contexts. Ms. Linkletter is a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EPSI Inc., and a Ph.D. student and Part-time Professor with the University of Ottawa. Her expertise is in providing innovative solutions and comprehensive expertise to public and private sectors in Canada.

Ms. Linkletter also provides advice on psychometric assessment, talent management, strategic HR and business planning, organizational design and classification, and the prediction of work-related performance. Out of the office, she TA’s at the undergraduate and graduate level and volunteers with non-profit organizations.
