Lead-R

The Lead-R is part of the Compmetrica test battery. As with all psychometric tests, this tool has been constructed, validated, and standardized for a population of executives working in organizations in the private, public and para public sectors.

The Lead-R allows you to measure key aspects of leadership for recruitment, executive development, or coaching purposes.  This test, based on recent theories, evaluates the essential factors of leadership, i.e., the leader’s style, the source of their motivation, their focus as well as the best fit with the work environment.
