As the most widely used assessment tool for staff selection, the interview is rated as the most reliable tool for making a hiring decision, as it is often considered more reliable than all other tools. Managers and decision-makers consider themselves capable of assessing a candidate’s characteristics and abilities at the end of an interview and of verifying whether the candidate meets the requirements of the job.

In this workshop, trainers will present the fundamentals of the structured interview as well as the major trends and best practices through presentations, interactive simulations, personalized practical exercises, and discussions with participants.
