Talent Management Leader and Coach

EPSI is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team of consultants as a Talent Management Leader and Coach.

As a leader in professional and organizational development, the individual will act as a coach and expert for a diverse clientele. As the orchestra conductor, they will bring together the necessary resources—external coaches and internal colleagues—to ensure quality and rigor in delivering services within the sector.

The Talent Management Leader and Coach will work mainly in the Outaouais/National Capital Region (NCR), with occasional travel to meet customer needs.

We are specialists in talent assessment, employee engagement and professionnal development solutions. Our mission is to create lasting links between talent and organizations.

  • Identify and anticipate organizational and participant needs to develop training programs, succession planning programs, executive coaching (individual and group), co-development circles, and more.
  • Organize and participate in major talent management projects and initiatives, including tool design, report writing, interpretation of psychometric tools or complex analyses, and client presentations.
  • Support and develop the full potential of executives in the public and private sectors, participating as an expert in high-level meetings at regional, provincial, and national levels.
  • Provide inclusive leadership by training internal resources and developing an external network of coaches.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing department in the production of expert content to enhance the firm’s visibility and credibility.

  • Minimum of three (3) weeks of annual vacation.

  • A graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Human Resources, Psychology, Career Counselling or a related field.
  • Membership in a professional association (e.g.,Career Counseling Association (C.O.), I/O Psychologist).
  • Certified coach through a recognized association.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a similar role. Consultanting experience is considered an asset.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience deemed relevant and equivalent may be considered.
