The psychometric evaluation is a very important management tool when it comes time to promote or establish a development plan for employees who have been identified as successors or who will be moving into management.

The structure of the reports allows me to quickly identify areas for development and the comments are very relevant. The difficulties remain much more in the acceptance of the results by the employee. In our specific case, some individuals had been identified for succession and the evaluation confirmed that the gap was too great for the next level.
