If we, as employers, wish to stay afloat in an era marked by the \u2018war on talent\u2019, it is time for us to take a deep look in to what really makes our talent \u2018tick\u2019. The following infographic shows the lengths that some of the most prominent companies in the world are willing to go to in order to satisfy employees. I\u2019m not saying that you have to do the same to ensure employee satisfaction; in fact, their approach may or may not work for you and your organization given any number of factors.
