Candidates are overwhelmed by the multiple job opportunities available, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for franchisees to stand out in terms of attracting talent. The same postings have been used for some time now and seem to have exhausted their effectiveness, regardless of the platform used.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their current job postings are more like job descriptions and do not quickly reflect the reality of the field and the variety of jobs available. In addition, the use of overly specialized or field-specific vocabulary creates a block for the reader, who does not feel that they have the skills required for the job.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having worked with us on other mandates in the past, the organization mandated us to reinvigorate these mandates to capture the attention of candidates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"h5 focus wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>The approach<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-fleche wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Revised\/created job postings for the following 7 positions:\u00a0<\/strong><ol><li>Content Management Technician;\u00a0<\/li><li>Disaster service technician;\u00a0<\/li><li>Team leader in disaster service;\u00a0<\/li><li>Carpenter;\u00a0<\/li><li>Project manager;\u00a0<\/li><li>Assistant to the project manager;\u00a0<\/li><li>Administrative assistant.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Strategy used:\u00a0<\/strong><ul><li>Putting assets first;\u00a0<\/li><li>Popularize\/remove overly technical or domain-specific vocabulary;\u00a0<\/li><li>Shorten the content;\u00a0<\/li><li>Simplify requirements\/emphasis on skills;\u00a0<\/li><li>Honesty and consistency: while the very nature of the post-disaster environment has some less appealing elements (flexible hours, dirt, pressure), it is important not to minimize them, but rather make sense of them!\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"h5 focus wp-block-heading\"><strong>Outcomes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"icon-txt flex margin-bottom\">\r\n    <div class=\"item-10 pad-end-x2 focus\"><span class=\"svg-auto\" ><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 57.02 41.35\" width=\"57.02\" height=\"41.35\"><path d=\"M8.71,41.35h7.13v-10.14h-7.13v10.14\"\/><path d=\"M19.01,41.35h7.13v-14.51h-7.13v14.51\"\/><path d=\"M29.3,41.35h7.13V22.27h-7.13v19.08\"\/><path d=\"M39.59,41.35h7.13V14.52h-7.13v26.83\"\/><path d=\"M49.89,10.34v31.01h7.13V10.34h-7.13\"\/><path d=\"M29.89,20.68L49.89,6.37l.05,1.96h2.38l-.45-8.01-7.48-.32V2.29l1.73,.49-16.43,13.22-5.45-4.97L0,35.79,26.03,16.91l3.85,3.77\"\/><\/svg><\/span><\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"item-90\">\r\n        <h4 class=\"margin-none focus-fonce bold\"><\/h4>\r\n        <p class=\"margin-none\">After only a few days, the client contacted us to inform us that the results were beyond expectations.
